Welcome to DEBEL (debel.app), operated by DEBEL 69 Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the mandatory standards and prohibited behaviors for all registered users, students, tutors, and partner organizations utilizing our digital education marketplace, e-learning dashboards, and payment interfaces.

To maintain network integrity, prevent fraud, and comply with global financial regulatory frameworks enforced by our payment processors (including Payment gateway) and local authorities like Bank Negara Malaysia, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against prohibited activities on our platform.

  1. Strictly Prohibited Business Activities & Services

Users, educators, and organizations are strictly forbidden from listing, marketing, or selling webinars, courses, downloads, or services on debel.app that promote or fall under the following high-risk sectors:

  • Regulated Financial Services & Schemes: Unauthorized investment advice, forex speculation trading tutorials, cryptocurrency issuance (ICOs), Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or predatory/payday lending frameworks.
  • Adult Content & Services: Content or webinars involving pornography, sexually explicit material, or dating, matchmaking, and escort-related services.
  • Illegal Drugs & Controlled Substances: Facilitation, manufacturing, or distribution of illegal narcotics, prescription-only pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or drug paraphernalia.
  • Weapons & Illicit Items: Courses detailing the creation or acquisition of firearms, ammunition, military dual-use items, or counterfeiting goods.
  • Unlicensed Professional Services: Offering certified medical advice, legal consults, or regulated engineering services without verified professional licensing and institutional authorization.

You agree not to misuse debel.app’s technological architecture. Prohibited actions include:

  1. Communication and Content Standards

Any information, feedback, review, or curriculum text uploaded to debel.app must be accurate, respectful, and fully compliant with local speech laws. Uploaded material must not:

  1. Payment Integrity and Transaction Rules

  • No Card Testing: Utilizing the platform checkout process to validate stolen credit cards or run automated transaction scripts is an instant crime reported to law enforcement.
  • Commercial Purpose Only: All checkouts must match a real purchase of a listed service. Platforms cannot be used to transmit peer-to-peer transfers for cash alternatives or to execute unauthorized cash-outs.
  1. Violation Enforcement & Penalties
